Adult Performer Advocacy Committee to Expand APAC Stamp of Approval

The Adult Performer Advocacy Committee extends an industry-wide invitation to directors and producers to receive the APAC Stamp of Approval.

The APAC Stamp is a method of providing performers with resources that adhere to the Model Bill of Rights; protecting their rights and safety. Several professionals outside of the industry- including doctors and lawyers- have received the Stamp and are listed on the APAC website as performer-safe resources. APAC would like to offer this stamp to directors and producers in the adult industry to convey to performers that these are professional companies that will treat them with the respect and courtesy outlined in the Model Bill of Rights.

All Stamp-holders within the industry will be listed on the APAC website, advertising that they are aware of and abide by the Model Bill of Rights. As a way to foster professionalism and trust within the industry, APAC encourages performers to respect the Performer Code of Conduct and, for the same reasons, APAC also urges directors and producers to acknowledge their adherence to the Bill of Rights and request they be added to the list of APAC-approved companies. Repeated violations of the Bill of Rights will result in revocation of the Stamp and removal from the APAC site.

A safe and professional work environment is a primary concern of the Adult Performer Advocacy Committee. Cultivating a safe and professional work environment is the responsibility of the entire industry. APAC looks forward to using this step as a foundation to bettering the adult film community. To be added to the list of APAC Stamp recipients, please contact APAC directly.
